Synthia Armstrong-Lilly

Director/CEO/President/Co-Founder

 

Synthia has been employed as an Educational Audiologist with the Stanislaus County Office Of Education for over 27 years.  She is responsible to counsel and collaborate with school administrative leaders throughout Stanislaus County.  Synthia brings extensive knowledge of electro-acoustic analysis and acoustic modification for deaf and hard of hearing students.  She has designed and coordinated in-service programs related to hearing and hearing health.  Synthia also participates as a Proctor Examiner of final practical exams for  Audiometry students attending California State University, San Bernadino. Current member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), the California Teachers Association, and attending member of the Stanislaus County Homeless Continuum of Care.  She is currently licensed with the California Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Board and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.   She was the past president of the Educational Audiologist of California Association.  She was selected to participate in the first Dynamics Learning Group for the ASHA National Convention.  She has received the Award for Continuing Education (ACE) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University, Hayward.  Her Master of Science Degree and Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential from California State University, San Francisco.
